HyFrsh Return Policy

At HyFrsh, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure the highest quality and freshness of our chicken, mutton, and seafood. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns or offer refunds in the following scenarios:

  1. Product Damage: If the product is damaged or compromised during delivery.

  2. Quality Issues: If the product does not meet our quality standards (e.g., foul smell, improper packaging, or signs of spoilage).

  3. Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong product or an incomplete order.

Conditions for Return

  • Returns must be initiated within 2 hours of receiving the product.

  • The product must remain unused and stored appropriately (e.g., refrigerated) until it is returned.

  • Proof of purchase (order number and receipt) and photographic evidence of the issue must be provided for processing the return.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Products not stored correctly after delivery (e.g., left out of refrigeration).

  • Returns requested beyond the 2-hour window.

  • Minor variations in weight or appearance that do not affect quality.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval. For online payments, the amount will be credited to the original payment method.
